This session offers an introduction to those with little or no Customer Experience background. Beyond the educational presentation (the same as CX 101 Basic), this workshop extends into customized breakout sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and work as a team to develop a functional CX strategy. Session is open to up to 20 people.
