Train the Trainer CJM

Service Description

This CJM workshop is intended to help your team/stakeholders build the capacity to run customer journey workshops on their own. There will be two separate and independent CJM workshops. I will lead the initial workshop and the client's team leads the second workshop. I will provide personalized, on-site coaching and mentoring during the 12 weeks. This package also includes three months of virtual coaching of one hour/week beyond the duration of the program.
