A typical Customer Journey Mapping workshop can be completed over the course of 12 weeks, depending upon the level of prep work already completed, e.g. selection of journey, customer persona, etc. This is actually two workshops - one to understand the customer's perspective and capture his/her emotions, questions, and concerns - the other to target areas of the journey to improve as well as creating a solution list to address each targeted area of the journey to improve.
