In this week-long assessment, I will help members of your leadership team evaluate their CX needs. Includes interviews with key stakeholders and CxOs regarding their level of engagement in CX, their motivations, urgency, commitment, etc. Upon completion, you receive an extensive readiness report detailing the current state of your business, areas of the business that may be more/less ready to embark upon a CX journey, and areas of focus to help prepare to build those CX capabilities.
